SUTEAU ANVER XPM 18X13 300T receding head die cutting press was built in France in 2008. The machine aimed at mass production, is used in the process of precise cutting in foam and non-metallic materials, such as plastics, textiles and rubber. Built-in hydraulic systems combined with a stable design and reliable components ensure high precision and speed of cutting, regardless of machined material. The material taken from rolls or sheets is pressed against the machine head by the vertical movement of the working table, under which hydraulic cylinders are located. The cylinders exert a balanced pressure to achieve the ideal position of the table in relation to the head. The material is then machined using dies that can be mounted either to the head surface or on a lifted table.
