AVIA VMC 1000 CNC vertical machining center was manufactured in 2017
in Poland by Fabryka Obrabiarek Precyzyjnych AVIA S.A.. The machine,
designed for precision machining of large workpieces weighing up to
1000 kg, is distinguished by its extensive machining capabilities and
the use of modern technology. These include a high-speed spindle with
thermostabilisation, which, combined with precision cutting tools,
guarantees excellent milling results. Any vibrations generated during
the process are levelled out on an ongoing basis by the high-quality
design with sliding doors, ensuring maximum machining stability. The
AVIA CNC machining center is offered with a wide range of equipment,
including tool holders, digital axis servo drives and the intuitive
SIEMENS numerical control with ShopMill 3D overlay. The total weight
of the machine is 5300 kg.
