WSM Stationary screwdriving unit screwdriving station
Assembly of parts for car radios and navigation systems and for
testing them.
The assembly station is surrounded by a protective enclosure.
The service doors are equipped with interlocking monitoring
switches.
The doors are locked in automatic mode and can only be opened when the
automazik stop or in manual mode after pressing the doors on the
control panel. When the door is open, automatic operation cannot be
started.
Functional sequence
The station is equipped with the pre-assembled assembly via the
transfer belt.
The work steps of the automatic station with a run of a WT are
described below.
In normal operation, all 3 stations work in parallel.
- Positioning the WT with the pre-assembled assembly in St.2.1
- Lowering the wearer with the scanner and the vision sensor
- Scanning of the 3 codes (front panel, front LP, SD-LP), comparison
with the database
- Checking the correct locking of the FFC in the connector
- Lifting the beam and lowering the WT onto the belt
- Positioning the WT with the pre-assembled assembly in St.2.2
- Positioning the screwdriver and screwing the front LP
- Lowering the WT onto the belt
- Positioning the WT with the pre-assembled assembly in St.2.3
- Lowering of the light protection hood and contacting, delivery of
the carrier with the test sensors from below K5127004
- Type-dependent testing of the lighting SD + CD slots and buttons
- Function test CD ejection button
- Lowering the WT to the tape > continues
If errors occur during the test, they are displayed on the display and
can be corrected if possible.
For this purpose, it is switched to manual operation and the doors are
opened. After repairing and starting the automatic, the WT is checked
again in the station.
If no repair is possible (e.g. screwdriving errors), the WT is marked
as NIO in the controller and is not further processed.
Manual NIO marking and rejection is also possible.
