WDE MASPELL TVS ROLL 1.8 E 8 L vacuum kiln was manufactured in 2015 in
Italy by WDE MASPELL S.r.l.. This innovative wood treatment solution
is used for the heat treatment of solid wood, in the form of boards or
pre-cut pieces, with a maximum length of 8 metres. Thanks to its
performance and versatility, the machine is an excellent choice for
structural timber producers, carpenters, lumber companies and
furniture manufacturers.
Compared to traditional methods of impregnating wood, vacuum
technology reduces processing time by up to 50%, while reducing
emissions of harmful substances into the environment. The use of high
temperature combined with vacuum allows the internal properties of the
wood to be improved by changing its chemical structure. In this way,
the wood elements take on a very dark colour and, above all, become
harder and more resistant to external influences, i.e. moisture or
fungi. The TVS ROLL 1.8 E 8 L thermal vacuum system is also suitable
for fumigation, i.e. the process of insect control. All thermal
processes are optimised for maximum heat utilisation.
Thanks to the machine's ability to integrate with other production
systems in the plant, the machining process can be fully automatic. In
turn, the control system, with its intuitive interface, ensures easy

parameters to specific production requirements. The working chamber of
