3.2.1. Supplies and Achievements Supply and machining of 4 guiding
columns
• Material 42CD4V + CPCU 3.1, 0330 x length 6300 from raw forged,
treated, dress and owned • Central threads and external thread •
The centering bearings will be pre-machined to a rough dimension and
finished according to diameters obtained aer retouching on the lower
windchest and the upper yoke.
Refurbishment of the lower bedstead:
• Cast steel • Weight of 10,600 Kg and dimensions of 3500 x 3174
• 1050 Mounng on boring machine with balancing and geometric and
dimensional checks • Retouching of the 4 lines of bores with
0330/332 (Rework of a maximum of 1mm/rays) • Dressage of inferiors
and superiors • Retouching of 2 sides with 0340H7 and Ø330H7 (mini)
• Retouching of 4 sides with 0125H7 • Retouch in the center
0170H7; 0220; 0260H7 • Surfacing 2 side plates 360 x 240 with
dimensions of 320.
• Dimensions of the slider: To be defined (no plan in our
possession) • Material: Cast steel • Assembly, balancing and
geometric check • Resumpon of the 4 lines of guide rings and the
support surface • Support face K5158009 of the Table with an
esmated weight of 10,000 Kg Refurbishment of the upper bed base •
