Vibration machine for drying and sieving of sand.

The machine consists of a welded construction mounted on conveyor elements, with 2 Electric Vibrators as drive.
An electric heater with built-in blower is located at the end of the conveyor belt. Below the conveyor trough a sieve box is mounted in the area of the sand outlet.

The dynamic forces that are emitted from the machine to the ground only about 100 N amount due the shock mount on the spring elements.
The amplitude and therefore the flow rate can be set by K5349835 adjusting the unbalances on the K5349835 motors. The machine is due to the simple design nearly stör - and maintenance-free.

The static frequency converter has a range of 10 to 32 Hz
