Cooling Units TURBO-SEPARATOR Centrifuge VD 10.4747

The used coolant cleaning system based on centrifuge is connected to a tool grinding machine (Anca, Rollomatic, Walter, Schneeberger, etc.) and supplies the grinding machine with clean emulsion or clean oil. The pure oil is pumped directly to the grinding machine by pumps placed on the coolant cleaning system.
Advantages of this system:

1. Use with oil or emulsion no problem
2. Filtration without consumables with the centrifuge,
3. Use with tungsten carbide, ceramic or HSS no problem.
4. The sludge comes out of the centrifuge dry, with minimal residual moisture.

Pump capacity of supply pump 1 (for process supply): up to 80 litres/min. at 5-7 bar
Supply pump 2 (for spindle cooling) 20 litres/min. at 5 bar

The contaminated oil runs back from the machine into the filtration system and is cleaned in the centrifuge.
Stage 1: Filtration by a centrifuge, without consumables, the sludge (magnetic and non-magnetic) settles in the centrifuge S5362795 and can be removed from S5362795 the centrifuge by changing the bucket. Filtration quality - oil 3 to 10 μ.

The system was built for an Anca grinder, but can also be used with any tool grinder with HM or HSS. The system was still running in production at the customer's site until mid-August.
