TRUMPF TruLaser 3060 laser cutting machine was built in 2007 in
Germany by TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen Teningen GmbH. The machine,
distinguished by its excellent precision and high productivity, is
used for machining workpieces with a maximum thickness of 20 mm. The
machining process is performed by a stable laser beam with a power of
4 kW and a thickness of only a few μm, which is generated by a
reliable laser source with the highest energy efficiency. The
automatic pallet exchange system, in turn, allows simultaneous loading
and unloading during the cutting process, reducing machine downtime to
a minimum.
The offered TruLaser 3060 laser cutting machine also features a number
of state-of-the-art technical solutions that significantly affect the
cutting quality and expand the machine’s machining capabilities.
This includes, for example, the ControlLine distance measuring system,
which maintains a constant distance between the head nozzle and the
sheet surface during the cutting process, even with uneven sheets. The
