TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 fiber laser built in Germany in 2013, is used for
precision machining of workpieces made of structural steel, stainless
steel, as well as brass and copper, thanks to special technology data
packages equipped in the machine. The extremely efficient and reliable
fibre-cutting technology expands the machining possibilities and
allows to achieve very smooth and even edges.
The laser cutting machine features a robust, durable design that
prevents any vibrations from occurring during changes in direction.
The enclosed laser body with lift-up roof and fixed guards effectively
protect the operator during work. The axes are driven by a direct
Torque drive (X-axis) and direct linear drives (Y-axis and Z-axis),
which, combined with hardened guideways of the highest manufacture
precision, ensure that high accelerations and working speeds are
achieved.
Generated by the reliable TRUMPF TruDisk 3001 resonator, the
high-quality 3 kW laser beam goes directly to the universal cutting
head with adaptive lens system. The moving lens system in the head
automatically sets the optimum beam geometry for different sheet
thicknesses and materials. To ensure uninterrupted operation, the
TRUMPF fibre laser is equipped with an automatic pallet-changing
system that allows parallel loading and unloading of workpieces
weighing up to 900 kg on easily accessible pallets without
interrupting the process.
The FIBER laser TruLaser 3030 (L49) also guarantees a high degree of
safety, thanks to its light curtains and multi-chamber extraction
system with compact filter. The machine’s extensive equipment
includes a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D SL CNC controller with touchscreen
and many additional systems designed to increase the productivity and
reliability of the production process.
In July 2023, the machine was equipped with a new cutting unit SPK
Cutting unit KL51 and a fibre optic LLK-D 0075.
