Used vertical multi-row machine for filling loose products (instant
coffee, etc.) into stick sachets by Triapex model HNXB6. New 2007.
Machine description:
- 6-row machine (forms 6 sticks simultaneously).
- machine equipped with tubes with a diameter of 25mm - forms sachets
with a width of 40mm (possibility to order tubes with diameters from
10 to 50mm from the producer)
- adjustment of sachet length from 30 to 180mm
- output of 30 cycles per minute (for sachet length 150mm); 30 cycles
x 6 = 180 sticks per minute
- screw dispensers with servo motors - regulation of the amount of
dispensed product by changing the speed of the screw
- film reel parameters: maximum I5123973 reel diameter 600mm (the
reels used by us have a diameter of 450mm); inner diameter of the reel
(thimble) is 76mm
- power supply parameters: input power 4.5kVA, 3 x 400V, 50Hz; air
pressure 0.5 - 0.8MPa, maximum air consumption 300l/min
