Before the cartridges can be safely filled and closed, they need to
undergo a thorough external cleaning to remove product residues and
other contaminants, preventing harmful substances from compromising
operator and patient safety.
The designed solutions allow to externally clean a wide variety of
containers, with special emphasis on fast and easy operations.

Hot Air Laminar Flow Tunnel Type HQL 3320
This tunnel, highly flexible and cost-effective thanks to their
modular set-up and high level of automation, uses dry heat to
sterilize a wide range of containers safely and reliably, including
pre-cleaned ampoules, cartridges, and syringes using the
unidirectional airflow principle.
