SCHLEUNIGER WireTwister 3300 AD wire twisting machine built in 2016 in
China offers unparalleled twisting performance, thanks to the use of
high-quality components and high-tech solutions. The machine, designed
for the production of twisted pair cables, is also very simple and
convenient to use. The ends of the untwisted wires are simply loaded
into the holders and the twisting head respectively. The SCHLEUNIGER
wire twisting machine pulls the wire very accurately to the programmed
position, after which the head twists the wires with programmable
tension control. At the end of the process, the holders automatically
eject the twisted pair into the integrated storing channel and the
taker returns to its initial position.
