SAIP SE 15 polyurethane foam dispensing machine was manufactured in
2015 in Italy by SAIP Equipment. The machine has been designed and
developed for the dispensing of all kinds of polyurethane foams in
environmentally friendly conditions. With a high capacity (up to 15
kg/min) and the ability to adjust the mixing ratio of the components
from 1:1 to 5:1, the machine can easily meet any production
requirement. The SAIP polyurethane foam mixing machine is also
extremely easy to operate. Programming of the work parameters and
their control are possible via a reliable touchscreen control
system.
The PUR foam spray unit consists of the following components:

- isocyanate and polyol storage and conditioning unit
