Compact bridge sawing machine with five CNC controlled axes - sawing /
drilling / milling / grinding and polishing with a single machine. A
universal machining centre for the processing of natural stone, e.g.
granite, marble, travertine and basalt – artificial stone –
ceramic slabs
CNC control with 15" touch screen and color screen, the five
interpolating axes allow for complex machining. Many software tools
are included in the scope of delivery, for quick and easy programming
(so-called "macros", i.e. pre-programmed editing programs) of –
longitudinal and cross-sections – 45° oblique cuts – circular
cuts – ellipse cuts – arc cuts – software for drilling –
special software for machining kitchen worktops – special software
for ceramic processing (tiles + slabs) – special software for
engraving work.
Remote control console for the control of manual movements, for the
measurement of raw panels, for manual work with the machine.
Optionally, a CAM software is available for reading and generating DXF
files.
The machine is equipped with a line laser (green line beam), which
makes it possible to detect marked points and saw along the markings
in manual operation using the mobile remote control.
Our bridge sawing machine BSM 5.3500 CNC has a table size of 3,500 mm
x 2,100 mm and a working area of 3,500 mm x 1,900 mm for 90°
machining by sawing and milling.
The support table is equipped with a 40 mm thick rubber plate.
C5155809 Since the support table is more hydraulically swivelling, the
machine can also be loaded vertically with sheet material. Optionally,
a hydraulic plate lifting device with rollers is available for easy
movement of the workpieces to be machined.
