OGM 1.5 pellet production line for straw/hay/alfalfa/compost/ and
agricultural raw materials, where the pellet mill is also suitable for
wood pellets.
The line consists of
• Pellet mill 75 KW
•Conveyor belt
• Elevator
• Pellet cooler + strainer
• Buffer tank with discharge for the ground material
• 2 pieces of cyclone (centrifugal separator) with rotary valve
• 1x fan for radiator extraction
• 1 piece of new ring die and various used spare parts
• 10m feeder table to bale breaker
• 35 KW bale breaker incl. control
• 75 KW hammer mill (new) incl. control
• Centrifugal separators
• Dust filter Scheuch with a capacity of 20,000m3/h incl. control
• Discharge screw and big bag station for dust filters
The entire line has an hourly output of up to 1300 kg, depending on
the material, whereby individual components (e.g. hammer mill) can
produce a higher hourly output.
The dust S5154611 separation technology has a positive dust explosion
certificate according to EU ATEX Directive 2014/34 from 2023.
Furthermore, all control units are present and included. The 75 KW
hammer mill is completely new (approx. 2h) from 2021, the rest of the
line is used in good condition with approx. 1500 working hours.
The entire pellet production line is functional, dismantled and ready
for loading.
