This labeller has continuous control of the amount of glue dispensed
as well as the temperature. There are two independent glue groups, one
for spreading the glue on the container and the other for gluing the
overlapping part of the label. The glue is spread on a steel roller.
Any amount of adhesive that E5350891 exceeds the predetermined amount
is recovered in a tank. The groups are heated by independent heating
elements, which quickly and evenly bring the temperature of the
material to the right level. The roller speed for applying the glue is
synchronized with the speed of the labeler.
