The machine consists of:
1. shrink sleeve label applicator PDC100BEM , 2.5 kW.
The sleeve applicator is an automatic unit designed to apply neutral
or printed PVC and/or PET sleeves.
The process of making and setting the sleevs takes place in five
working zones: The spool is supported and unwound up to the opening
tetrahedron, The roll of sleev is opened and then directed to the
cutting zone where it is cut to length. The sleeve is moved from the
cutting zone to the ejector by means of a feeder. The product to be
labelled is fed underneath the ejector, positioned underneath it
precisely and moved on. The Sleeve is placed on the product using the
ejector.
Estimated weight of applicator: I5323973 approx. 300 kg.
2. heating tunnel TAR1500-III for heat-shrinkable labels. Output 19
kW.
The tunnel seals the sleeve and guides the products towards the
tooling located behind the tunnel.
