In-line drilling rig with 8 height- and width-adjustable drilling
spindles (optionally up to 12 drilling spindles and an extension to a
drilling area of 4,000 mm x 240 mm – without moving the
workpiece)

Drive power 0.75 kW per drilling spindle (optionally, the system can
be supplied with more powerful drilling spindles - 1 kW / 1.25 kW -
1.5 kW), drilling spindle speeds up to 12,000 rpm - infinitely
variable via potentiometer and frequency converter - set speed can be
read analogously, drill tension by collets ER25, largest drill
diameter 12 mm, drilling feed speed infinitely adjustable, drilling
depth of each drilling unit individually infinitely adjustable,
largest drill slide stroke 80 mm - Adjustment range for angled holes
+/- 30 °, smallest distance from drill center to drill center 110 mm,
horizontal adjustment range of the beam of the drilling units 240 mm
(forwards / backwards), vertical adjustment of the beam of the
drilling units 320 mm (up / down), table size 3,750 mm x 850 mm
(optionally larger) – workable area by drilling 3,000 x 240 mm
without moving the workpiece, working height approx. 870 mm,
Dimensions 3.75 m x 1.25 m x H 1.98 m, weight approx. 1,000 kg
Technical features:
Each drilling unit has a suction pipe for chip extraction, in
addition, there is a recess in the clamping table for the chip fall, a
collection container with a connection diameter of 120 mm for the
suction hose is screwed to the C5155809 recess on the underside of
the table, feed movement of the drilling spindles pneumatically
controlled – feed speed and feed pressure or the clamping pressure
of the hold-down punches can be adjusted by handwheels – the feed
path of each drilling spindle is individually mechanically adjustable.
Optionally, each drilling unit can be equipped with a multi-spindle
drill head with up to three drilling spindles (this means 24 holes in
one work cycle). Reading of the set pneumatic pressures on analog
pressure gauges. Pneumatic workpiece clamping electronically
monitored, drilling cycle triggered by foot pedal and two-hand release
