Vinyl, urea, polyurethane glue refrigeration system and other types of
adhesives for 2 and 4 roll gluing machines.
This device is necessary to keep the temperature of the glue between
rollers constant and guarantee the established pressing times even in
cases of high temperatures in the workplace, respecting the quality of
the finished product.
- CLT-A mixer (Two-component automatic glue feeder)
Automatic mixing and feeding system for roller gluing machines of
two-component vinyl and urea glues with catalysts, sulfates and
isocyanates.
This device is necessary for in-line or continuous production, using
two-component glues that require mixing at the entrance of the gluing
machine. It includes a mixing head C5146144 mounted on the roller
gluer, powered by special glue and catalyst pumps. The pumps pick up
the products directly from the storage tanks and level probes are
activated and placed on the rollers, thus ensuring a constant level of
glue at all times.
