This device is necessary to keep the temperature of the glue between rollers constant and guarantee the established pressing times even in cases of high temperatures in the workplace, respecting the quality of the finished product.

Automatic mixing and feeding system for roller gluing machines of two-component vinyl and urea glues with catalysts, sulfates and isocyanates.
This device is necessary for in-line or continuous production, using two-component glues that require mixing at the entrance of the gluing machine. It includes a mixing head mounted on the roller gluer, C4946144 powered by special glue and catalyst pumps. The pumps pick up the products directly from the storage tanks and level probes are activated and placed on the rollers, thus ensuring a constant level of glue at all times.
