This is a surface induction stove from the premium manufacturer MKN
with 2 heating zones of 7.0kW connected load each from 2018. Surface
induction offers the advantage that a two-point temperature monitoring
and a rectangular solenoid coil provide a significantly better
temperature distribution and several pots can also be used on one
heating zone. A clear advantage over normal point induction.
The device has been tested in our in-house specialist workshop and is
fully functional.
