Use
This foulard-dryer combination has proven itself excellently in
practice.
It is used in this way for a wide variety of hot air treatment
processes such as drying, fixing, condensing, thermo-isolating, etc
This system is used wherever a certain sample size is already
required, for example to produce sample collections or the like.
Dryer THA
If the foulard and dryer are to be used separately in addition to
continuous operation, the THA type dryer should be chosen.
Attached to this device are a unwinding unit at the dryer entrance and
a pull-out unit at its exit.
This element determines the speed of goods in individual operations.
This offers the advantage of using the foulard and dryer independently
and at the same time.
For drying, fixing, condensing, etc., the goods are then put on the
dryer.
If all the previously listed application possibilities are to be
guaranteed and is also used in individual operation of the dryer
If the use of needle frames is desired, the THN version is
preferable.
The standard needle frames are suitable for a sample size of max. 50 x
50 cm (larger needle frames on request).
There is a choice of longitudinally adjustable frames for fabrics or
longitudinally and K5127004 width-adjustable material holders for
knitted and knitted fabrics,
nonwovens, etc., as well as clamping frames for films and paper.
