General description:
The pasta factory currently works with 2 x 160 Kg/h presses, one for
long pasta and one for short pasta.
The drying capacity of each dryer is +/- 500 kg. To fill them all it
takes +/- 15/16 hours, i.e. two work shifts.
Required area: 805 sqm., approximately L x W x H = 35 m x 23 m x 7
m
