LVD Siena strippit 1212 punching machine was manufactured in 2005 in
Belgium by LVD Group NV. The machine, designed for precision punching
of steel and aluminium sheets, is distinguished by the use of reliable
components with excellent performance, which guarantee a wide range of
machining options and high flexibility. Combined with a compact design
based on a one-piece frame, the SIENA 20 1212 punching machine is an
indispensable tool for both unit and batch production, offering easy
operation and fast set-up times.
The LVD STRIPPIT 1212 sheet metal punching machine features, among
others, a 27-position STRIPPIT turret with 3 auto-index stations and
MultiTool support. The tools punch metal sheets with a force of 20
tonnes on a large brush table, which protects the surface of the
workpiece from scratches and nicks while increasing the quality of
machining. This is complemented by a GE FANUC CNC control with a
unique Smart Stroke function for automatic optimisation of punching
cycles. The total weight of the machine is 11400 kg.
