The HERBOLD plastcompactor is a system for the agglomeration of films,
fibres, chips, dust and flakes.
Poorly free-flowing waste is turned into an agglomerate with a high
bulk density and good flowability, which can therefore be applied
directly to extruders and injection moulding machines.
The plant for sale has a main motor with 110 kw drive power and a
throughput of 600 to 2000 kg/h depending on the feed material. All
thermoplastics can be processed, even sensitive materials such as PET,
PA, and bioplastics can be agglomerated without thermal damage or
discoloration.
The system consists of the feeding device with silo, the compactor, a
re-cutting mill with sifting and fine H51348 material return
On request, a pre-shredding can be offered that is adapted to the
task
Tests can be carried out in our technical center for suitability tests
and sampling.
We are the manufacturer of this system and can ensure service and
spare parts supply.
