DESCRIPTION
- The machine is heated with heat transfer oil to increase temperature
uniformity, temperature control accuracy and integrated power, and
improve the overall compatibility of the equipment.
- Individual chambers, loading conveyors and unloading conveyors
converge for a high quality of modules and a high degree of
automation.
- Stable and continuous loading and unloading device. Variable
frequency conveying system, accurate position and conveying speed is
adjustable.
- Intelligent control, PLC automatic M5313876 processing, touch
screen operation and display function.
- Upper and lower chambers of the coating chamber are equipped with
PTFE Teflon sheet (cleaning system available)
- For optimal conditions for gas flow, the entire vacuum system is
uniformly arranged, so that the gas extraction and discharge is
uniform and stable in all chambers.
- The whole system is controlled by a solenoid valve and PLC, the
operation and data display is done by a touch screen, and it is
equipped with a vacuum pressure sensor that displays and monitors the
vacuum in the chamber in real time.
- The whole heating system of the heating plate is designed and
arranged according to the optimal conditions of fluid mechanics and
heat transfer theory to ensure temperature uniformity, reduce pressure
