The chemical pretreatment for the use of nanotechnology or phosphating
consists of 3 stages in 1 spray chamber. Chemical spray pretreatment
works in time and this means that the workpieces are manually pushed
into the chamber. After closing the doors, the passage starts and the
pumps start spraying. Each pump has different spray times. After the
spraying process is finished, there is an alarm indicating that the
door can be opened and the workpiece can be pulled out. All
pre-treatment functions are controlled by the main control panel.
Stage 1 is heated with a 72 kW electric heater
• Main parts of chemical pretreatment (tanks, bottom) are made of
stainless steel.
• Walls and roof are made of panels. The insulation of the
polyurethane panels has a thickness = 50 mm. The panels are made of
stainless steel on the inside and galvanized steel painted RAL 5010 on
the outside.
• Ventilation system made entirely of stainless steel.
• All pumps are made of stainless steel
• Tank No. 1 is thermally insulated = 50 mm rock wool.
• The H5156760 spraying system is made of PVC U pipes.
• The nozzles are made of special chemical-resistant PVC-U.
• The nozzles can rotate from 0 to 120° to adapt to the
workpiece.
• All valves, pipes and curves are made of PVC-U and stainless
steel.
• All process tanks have manual valves so that the tanks can be
emptied when needed.
• All spray pumps are protected with double filters.
• All spray pumps have pressure gauges and valves to adjust the
spray pressure.
• Level monitoring, liquid is automatically supplied to all process
tanks if required.
• The playpen allows the operator to easily and safely enter the
tunnel for inspection and maintenance work.
