HAAS UMC-750SS CNC vertical machining center built in 2018 in the
United States is used for precision machining of complex workpieces
with a maximum weight of 300 kg. The machine features a large work
area which includes a direct-drive spindle, a 500 mm diameter rotary
tilting table with a precision pilot hole and a measuring probe from
the renowned RENISHAW brand. In addition, each tool taken from the
40-position magazine is continuously measured to ensure continuity of
the machining process.
The UMC-750SS CNC machining center is offered with extensive
equipment, which includes e.g. a belt chip conveyor and a perfectly
optimised HAAS NGC CNC controller with many useful functions. To this
date, the machine has run a small amount of time and has been used for
prototyping, tooling production and small batch machining. The HAAS
UMC 750 SS milling center weighs 8200 kg.
