SUTEAU ANVER XPM 18X13 300T receding head die cutting press was built
in France in 2008. The machine aimed at mass production, is used in
the process of precise cutting in foam and non-metallic materials,
such as plastics, textiles and rubber. Built-in hydraulic systems
combined with a stable design and reliable components ensure high
precision and speed of cutting, regardless of machined material.
The material taken from rolls or sheets is pressed against the machine
head by the vertical movement of the working table, under which
hydraulic cylinders are located. The cylinders exert a balanced
pressure to achieve the ideal position of the table in relation to the
head. The material is then machined using dies that can be mounted
either to the head surface or on a lifted table.
To facilitate the operator’s die positioning and the insertion and
removal of the cut material, the SUTEAU ANVER XPM hydraulic die
cutting press is equipped with a horizontal moving beam. The forward
and reverse movement of the horizontal beam is realised by a hydraulic
cylinder, and the control panel used allows the return to be adjusted
from 0 to the maximum depth of the press. In addition to its excellent
cutting performance, the SUTEAU ANVER hydraulic die cutting press also
offers a high level of safety by protecting the working area with
light curtains. The total weight of the machine is 22000 kg.
