FULLTONTECH TBF6111B boring machine was manufactured in 2022 in China
by Dalian Fullton Machinery Co., Ltd. The machine, which is designed
for roughing and finishing operations, enables a number of complex
operations to be performed i.e. precision drilling, milling and boring
on workpieces with complex geometries and high weight. All these
machining operations are performed on a stable work table, whose
rotary structure allows the workpiece to be machined from all 4
sides.
The FULLTONTECH boring machine has an efficient hydraulic system,
consisting of two parts, which is responsible for among others,
changing the spindle speed, changing the feed speed and internal
lubrication of the headstock. The spindle, which rotates at a maximum
speed of 8000 revolutions per minute, is fitted with a specially
designed safety clutch to prevent the machine from overloading. It
runs on induction-hardened guideways with scrapers to protect the
guideways from dirt and chip clogging. In turn, the position of the
head in all linear axes is controlled by a NEWALL digital readout,
which provides a measurement accuracy of 0.005 mm. The TBF6111B
horizontal boring machine weighs 13000 kg.
