"The housing is made entirely of stainless steel sheet. The insulated
outer lid is lockable on the handle. In addition to the outer lid with
double seal, the interior is closed with PE insertion lids. The lid is
fixed to the base housing with folding hinges and is dampened by gas
springs when opening and closing. This allows an opening angle of
90°.
The insulation between the interior and the housing jacket is made of
two-component insulating foam. The evaporator tubes of the chiller are
wound around the interior.
The inner shell is made of stainless steel 1.4301 with a net capacity
of 944 litres.
Interior dimensions are: width 1.300mm, depth 840mm, height 1.210mm
To the right of the cold room is the refrigeration unit with 3 fully
hermetic compressors. The cooling unit and F5338572 the release of
the process heat is carried out via three lamellar capacitors which
are force-ventilated by axial fans.
In the interior in the left and the right side wall there are 2
recirculation fans each. These are used for better temperature
distribution in the interior. The recirculation fans are switched off
by a lid switch when the lid is opened so that all the cold air is not
blown out."
