ECKERT JANTAR 2 plasma-gas cutting machine manufactured in 2013 in
Poland, is designed for cutting sheets made of e.g. black steel and
stainless steel. The machine’s high-quality steel portal has been
extended by an additional 700 mm to facilitate the loading and
unloading of larger sized workpieces. A sectional extraction table
with a length of 6000 mm and a width of 3000 mm effectively eliminates
contamination generated during the cutting process, ensuring a high
level of safety and great user comfort.
Outside the working area of the JANTAR 2 plasma cutting machine, there
is a system for cutting pipes and profiles with a special gear and
rotating head, giving the possibility of precise cutting of pipes up
to 300 mm in diameter by plasma or gas. The machine is also equipped
with, among others, an ECS 872 CNC control, a WALTER SKTG 5.5/15 SM
screw compressor, a KJELLBERG HiFocus 161i plasma source with
automatic console and a WALTER WDF 100 refrigeration dryer.
