The high-load timber-beam formwork with a system grid
The pre-assembled standard elements of Doka timber-beam formwork FF20
combine the advantages of timber-beam formwork with the grid-related
advantages of a framed formwork system. Their very high load-bearing
capacity offers a new degree of freedom when it comes to fulfilling
architectural specifications in a cost-effective way. FF20 is suitable
for fair-faced concrete categories SB1 to SB4, as defined in the DBV
Code of Practice.
High pouring rates
made possible by extra-strong components
Up to a pour-height of 3.60 m, only two 20.0 form-ties are needed,
thanks to
the 80 percent higher load capacity of the I tec 20 composite formwork
beam compared to conventional H20 timber formwork beams
the stiff FF20 tec walings WU14, with their welded-on plates
Maximised utilisation of equipment
and ease of handling
Lowers commissioning quantities and forming-times because
the small number of element widths, in a 25 cm grid, are simple to
plan
of the rapid availability made possible by the system's site-ready
elements with/without form-facing
of the improved formwork element connectors, with their optimised
pull-tight and push-apart function
Fair-faced concrete formwork
made of ready-assembled B5127126 standard elements
Superb concrete surface, with no screw imprints in the concrete, as
the form-facing is screwed on from the rear
the form-ties are located well inside the element, in a symmetrical
pattern
the pre-assembled beam grilles mean that any type of form-facing can
be used
the integral corner reinforcement angle ensures dependable sealing of
the joint between the form-ply sheets at the outside corners
