of any warranty. We accept no liability for used material. Warranty
exchange and return are excluded. Customer protection is agreed
between the parties. The entire transport process is carried out at
the buyer's own expense and at the buyer's own expense.
We cannot be liable T5321087 for personal injury and damage to
property in the case of dismantling by the buyer in this context.
Place of jurisdiction Germany. All agreements are made in accordance
with German law.
Customer protection was agreed after ICC Paris. The material remains
the property of the seller until full payment. Intermediate sale,
other use, exploitation and error are expressly reserved.
