The plant is for cosmetic purposes such as emulsifying & homogenizing,
liposomal encapsulation.
Among other things, the following are installed:
- IKA ULTRA-TURRAX UTL-60 disperser (emulsification, encapsulation)
from IKA Janke & Kunkel, explosion-proof, adjustable up to 10T/min.
The UTL-60 is a special version of this homogenizer and is
characterized by its high performance and precision.
- Agitator motor from LOHER, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, 2.95kw
(ENEV-080AB-02C 3 ~ mot., IM B5, IP 54, EN 50019)
- Homogenization boiler (140L), heating/cooling possible
- Up to 3 bar pressure
