WASHING INSTALLATION 90°
One washer to washing system to clean the containers. The containers
are tilted 90 degrees and transported through a washing device. The
washing device consists of a housing that contains a spray device
which is suitable for cold water with a pressure of 5bar.
A conveyor belt to transport the containers. After washing, the
containers are tilted back to horizontal position.
No recycling water included. The concrete floor must be prepared to
drain the water to a certain drain pit.
The best option is lower the concrete floor in the area of the
washer.
OVERHEAD DE/STACKER
For the PLC controlled movement, stacking and destacking of empty,
containers with a maximum weight of 100 kg an overhead
stacker/destacker is installed.
The stacker/destacker can PLC controlled take up
from:
-a- The destacking position on the buffer (this
is also the stacking position).
-b- The washing
installation.
The stacker/destacker can PLC controlled discharge
at:
-a- The stacking position on the buffer (this is
also the destacking position).
-b- The roller conveyor
Each command is executed
with one container.
These commands must be entered with the display on the switchbox.
The construction parts have been manufactured from A5153474 steel and
before final assembly sprayed in one primer coat and one blue layer of
varnish. The stacker travels with solid plastic wheels in the
rails.
The rails are 2 hot dip galvanized IPE sections with a height of 200,
which have been mounted on the building construction, just by clamps.
On one of the IPE-rails the count plates and brake plates have been
mounted.
These components and the suspension materials for the
IPE-rails have been manufactured from steel and hot dip galvanized
after production. On one of the IPE-rails has been mounted a contact
rails.
