The IRS 120 Easy is the perfect entry point into cable recycling. The
special combination of large flywheels and multi-part segment cutting
knives makes it possible to efficiently recycle old cables made of
copper or aluminium even without high power consumption and without
shredding. The machine impresses with its small footprint, is easy to
maintain and easy to use.
Compared to most of the competition's systems, the machine has two
separate fans for separator air and dust removal. This eliminates the
usual interactions between more or less clogged filters and
the purity of the copper granules. In addition, the separator air is
not roughly adjusted via throttle valves, but by sensitive adjustment
of the fan speed. This gives you the B5152245 best qualities in
finished copper.
This machine is an immediately available storage machine and has 4
screen inserts, electronic pre-equipment for the control of a feed
conveyor belt and the pre-equipment for the connection of a cooling
unit (not included).
