Northamptonshire is this 2002, BOY 90M injection moulding machine. It
comes fitted with the Procan MD controller and a brand new 42mm
plasticising unit. This machine was well looked after during it’s
life and the refurbishment process has given it a new lease of life.
Along with the new screw and barrel, it has had the injection unit and
clamp unit re-sealed. We’ve also completed a full cosmetic work up
on the machine, including the platens and full guarding overhaul.

for their clamp size. The design of the clamp unit on these machines
means easy access for tool mounting and clear space below the clamp
