Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and
sealing of stand-up pouches with regular and irregular shape and a
corner spout. Suitable for middle-sized stand-up bags. Integration of
various filling systems is possible (auger, weigher, volumetric
dosing, liquid and paste dosing units, etc.). One bag is handled per
machine cycle. 1 dosing unit is normally used and accordingly 1
charging hopper is mounted. The possibility to upgrade the machine
with a second dosing unit and charging hopper does exist , either to
handle two different materials or to split the filling process. The
latter can increase the production speed (e.g. relevant/important
when processing viscous materials). Main components: PLC, touchscreen
user interface (different languages available e.g. English, German

purposes. The machine is suitable for variety of composite films. Eye

composite film.
That machine/system is available in different
versions for different packaging sizes and with different packaging
speeds.
