Product
The ALTINISIK SM/V 1290 is a fully automatic machine, suitable for
printing, creasing, slitting, punching, folding and gluing corrugated
cardboard sheets according to the technical data.
The material sheets are manually inserted into a cassette feeder and
automatically fed to the machine from there. Feed rollers take over
the sheet and guide it to the first printing unit.
In the printing unit(s), the sheets are printed from above using the
flexographic printing process and transported on transport rollers.
In the subsequent slotter, the arc is first pre-squeezed at the
positions of the folds and then grooved. In addition, the slits are
cut out with rotating knives. A knife on the side trims the adhesive
flap at the front and back, on the opposite side there is a circular
knife to trim the arches if necessary.
The subsequent rotary die-cutter is suitable for punching out grip
holes, oblique cuts, etc. or complete packaging contours from the
sheets.
From there, the arches are transferred to the folding bridge in two
pairs of belts. In the inlet there is a glue unit which applies glue
to the adhesive tab. In the further course, the sheets are folded with
the help of belts and guides and inserted into the counter stacker.
Here, the cartons are aligned again and ejected in packages.
The ALTINISIK SM/V 1290 machine is designed exclusively for:
- Process corrugated cardboard sheets according to the above
illustration
The machine is not intended for other types of use than those listed
here - this is considered improper use! In particular, we would like
to point out that it is forbidden to:
- Punch materials such as wood, metal and other foreign materials
1. To use tools other than the originals and strip steel sections with
a knife height of 23.8 mm
2. Structure
The installation of the system is carried out by the supplier's
specialist personnel.
For this purpose, on-site foundation work may have to be carried out,
and the C5162810 foundation plan will then be made available in
advance.
The contractor or the client is responsible for damage resulting from
a different design of the foundation.
The electrical connection is carried out by specialists to be
provided, for which appropriate technical documents are provided.
Auxiliary materials such as oil are stocked by the later operator.
For the test runs and the subsequent training, dies and sufficient
material must be prepared.
