Used UF system ALPMA / ALFA LAVAL / SPIRA CEL, Type: CARBOSEP

All 3 filtration stages have been replaced with NEW filter elements
and are as of 2024. Furthermore, all pumps and the control system have
been renewed! The facility is almost completely overhauled.
Ultra filtration system for the production of dairy products with
organic flat membranes of the PLEIADE type
Specially equipped to produce:
-Cream cheese
- Skimmed milk quark with 19% dry matter
- Skyr
- Whey concentrate / milk 3.7% fat to 37% dry matter
Depending on the product, the hourly output is approx. 3,500 - 5,000
litres (milk inlet) with a standing time of 8 hours.
The system consists of 3 stages:
Stage 1:
- 6 pressure tubes 6" each with 2 spiral winding modules (filter type
SPIRA-CEL DS-UP-IP020-6338E1 microdyne nadir)
- Filter area per module: 13.4m²
- Total filter area: 160.8 m²
- Centrifugal pump 145 m³/h, 3.5 bar, FU controlled
Stage 2:
- 4 pressure I5140196 pipes (same design as stage 1)
- Filter area: 107.2 m²
- Centrifugal pump: 160 m3/h, 5 bar, FU controlled
Stage 3:
- P&F module DSS M37/9/2 from TETRA ALFA LAVAL
- 14.5m² filter area with membrane IRIS 3065
- Positive displacement pump: 75 m³/h, 6 bar, FU controlled
- Completely piped
A viewing is possible by prior arrangement. The plant is currently
still under construction, but no longer in operation.
