3DYY 9-12PLC rotary transfer machine manufactured in 2020 in China by
Zhejiang Mingwen Machine Tool Co., Ltd is designed for high-volume
production of e.g. sanitary, gas and hydraulic fittings. The machine,
which combines the features of several metal-working machines,
performs sequential machining operations on parts placed in special
holders, i.e. milling, threading and drilling, in just one working
cycle. The finished parts, i.e. fittings, couplings and extensions,
are distinguished by their high quality. In this way, the 3DYY9-12PLC
transfer machine generates considerable savings, as well as ensuring
production efficiency, thanks to its speed and flexibility.
The multi-spindle machining center has so far been used to machine
1/2″ internal and external threads from fi 24 x 6k14 brass rod. It
took less than 4 seconds to produce 1 external thread. The total
weight of the machine is 3750 kg.
