Overview This dual-lane automatic fishfilet-skinner, type: Maja DFS
4365/PA was built in 2011 in Germany. The dual-lane skinner DFS 4365
has been designed for fully automatic skinning of fish fillets on two
independently controlled skinning systems. Offering more flexibility
to fish processors as two skinning styles can be performed at the same
time, the machine capacity is increased by 50 %.(approx. 1,5 tons of
salmon fillets / h). There is one belt but two knifeholders. That
means you can run both sides filets sperately. Two independently
controlled skinning systems which can be configurated according to the
processors demand. Downward pressure on the product is provided by
adjustable air-filled rollers guaranteeing effective yet smooth
handling of the fillets. Water spray device can be switched on if
necessary for rinsing away scales from the tooth roller. Guide rails
