The unit is attached to and pivots on the pneumatically raised and lowered carriage section of a mobile all stainless steel frame. When the mixing head is operated in the product an axial flow condition is generated which uniformly distributes the solids phase, eliminating aeration, sedimentation and particle floating. A 40mm dia 750mm long feed tube allows external addition of a separate liquid or solid phase directly into the homogenising head. All E4661673 wetted parts have a mirror polished finish.
