Описание:	STEPHAN Combicut TC 300 подержанная машина Stephan Universal Machine for the production of processed cheese, convenience products, vegan spreads and confectionery. Previously used in the processed / melted and cream cheese production (vegan as well). Machine bowl with top slide and a bottom valve, lid and side covers are all made of stainless steel. Machine frame in painted steel. The bowl is equiped with a double jacket for heating/cooling on the jacket including all valves, 4x direct steam injection nozzles for direct injection of (culinair) steam inside the product, temperature sensor inside the product, 3x twin cutting blades, max working pressure in the bowl -1 / 0,3 bar (protected with overpressure valve), max temperature in the bowl 95 °C, bowl volume: 300 liter, 1x infeed hydraulic slide gate on the top for main product including big up and down movable hopper (hydraulic), 1x outfeed valve at the bottom for the outfeed of the ready product, 1x connection for pneumatic controlled ingredient valves on the side of the bowl (including pneumatic valve). Double jacketed lid with scraper of the wall (electric driven ± 25 rpm), vacuum tank on the lid and 2x manual tightening clamps. Main motor for the 3x cutting knifes: 400 Volt - 50 Hz - 50 / 58 kW - 2 speed motor - 1.480 / 2.965 rpm. Hydraulic system for controlling the hydraulic slide. Vacuumpump. Waterinfeed system (E&H). Control panel with Siemens S5 PLC controls. Elevator for H4753732 loading the Stephan machine with stainless steel normcar trolleys, including several norm car trolleys. Framework to get at the infeed hopper. Outfeed screw (mono) pump (Netsch NM NL40) and lobe pump (Indag GHTQIRMU25VT-U-D40). Several spare parts. Instruction manuals and copy of the program on floppy disk.
