Описание:	Обрабатывающие центры с ЧПУ WORKING PROCESS SAPIENS 1001 подержанная машина Description: The Sapiens 1001 TFF machining centre is dedicated to sawing, routing and drilling components for the production of windows and doors. The structure is a type of bridge with a fixed portal. The cross beam is mounted on rigid, sturdy columns, which are based on the ground by means of levelling and alignment units, both transverse and lateral. The base of the column from the part reference side is connected to the central structure of the die, where the clamping systems and X-axis for part positioning are integrated. The machine entrance and work areas are equipped with vertical and lateral pneumatic pressure devices, which ensure that the workpieces are correctly positioned against the lower and lateral reference of the clamping system. The clamping units slide along the X axis and position the workpieces in the work zones according to the machining to be carried out. In particular: in the first work zone, the position of the workpiece along the X axis is determined by an on-off movement microswitch in the second work zone, a reference stop, which disappears automatically, ensures the longitudinal positioning of the part. The X axis is equipped with 3 clamps as follows: -the first is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder -the other 2 grippers are controlled by electronic axes X1 and X2, one for each gripper. The S4924454 part is generally introduced by an entry roller against a pneumatic reference stop, in the area of the first gripper. The first gripper transports and positions the part in the first work zone, while the other two grippers position the part for the second operation in the second work zone. The 2 grippers are controlled by a servomotor and a high-precision rack-and-pinion system. Each gripper has safety microswitches for start and stop strokes and mechanical collision stops.
