The machine consists of a feed hopper, vibrating feeder, air separator, and discharge chute. The vibrating feeder evenly distributes the material onto a conveyor belt, which feeds the material into the air separator. Inside the air separator, the material is exposed to a high-velocity air flow, which causes the lighter materials to be lifted and carried away from the heavier materials. The lighter materials are then transported to a separate discharge chute, while the U41158834 heavier materials continue along the conveyor belt. The RVS Windshifter is suitable for a wide range of waste streams, including construction and demolition waste, commercial and industrial waste, and municipal solid waste. It is particularly effective in separating lightweight plastics and other recyclable materials from heavier waste streams, allowing for more efficient sorting and recovery of valuable materials.
