3. STATUS OF THE PRINT HEAD
à We have received the following information from our screen service
partner:
There are 20 printheads per tower per color. So 80 per tower, 160 in
total.
From Screen´s point of view, the Epson print heads are considered
consumables and are replaced regularly.
With normal use and maintenance (environmental variables such as paper
dust, cleaning cycles and quality by the customer), an average of 15 -
25 heads are replaced per year.
