   - 10 clamping consoles with automatic positioning unit
   - 30 automatically positionable platforms for holding the vacuum clamps
   - 4 lifting rails attached to the side of the consoles

•  5 axis main spindle 15 kW liquid cooled.
    - Speed range continuously programmable from 1000 - 24000 rpm.

• Drive 5+ unit interface for the use of machining units. 

• Drilling head 17 spindles vertical
 - 1 motor 2,7 kW, frequency controlled Speed max. 7500 1/min
 - 7 spindles vertical in X-direction
 - 11 spindles vertical in Y-direction
- 4 spindles horizontal drilling and sawing unit

•  Chain changer for 30 tool / unit positions with upstream double gripper for     
   quick tool change

•  Pick-up place for saw blade 350 mm

•  Chip conveyor integrated in machine table

•  Laser projection 
   for displaying the milling contour programmed in woodWOP or the position of the vacuum     
   clamps defined in woodWOP

•  2 clamping devices for posts and scantlings 
   mechanical/pneumatic clamping element with adjustable clamping jaws for
S41124454    clamping of stair posts or similar rectangular wooden scantlings

The tools shown in the tool changer and aggregates, chucks are not included in the scope of delivery „A transport frame from HOMAG is required for transporting the dismantled machine, for which costs of EUR 12.500,00€ plus VAT will be charged. After return of the transport rack to SURPLEX, the amount will be refunded minus a value reduction of 10 %.
