3x VERSATRONIC RV1s
P&P machines which are slow (1200cmp/h) but full fully functional and
with a lot of feeders.
These machines were manufactured in a UK factory Versatronic.
Machine were named Violer, Rosie and Blue. The last one is faster,
little better software for fiducial camera for components.
All machine are working and were used for prototype and low series
like 50pcs electronic or 25pcs or 200pcs electronic.
All P&P machines have two cameras, one for fiducial (up camera) and
one (down camera) for components.
Machines can place without problem components down to 0402 and fine
pitch component like QFN or VFQFPN48…
Speed for firs two is 1200cmp/h the last one is around 1500cmp/h.
All machines have tool changer with 10 positions and one tool for
camera auto calibration. Only 5 different tools were used but can be
used up to 10 different tools.
On one machine you can U5458834 put up to 80 different components and
some trys.
There are a lot of feeders like 10x8mm (10 positions for 8mm tape) and
12mm and 16mm and vibratory.
There are spare parts for this machine like 5 phase motor drivers for
all axes and camera and component gripping tools.
Machine software is very easy for programing. All documentation on USB
key.
